Funding

Eligibility Criteria

Germany:

• Completed nursing studies or training.
  
  
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
  
  
• Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level), especially in technical language.
  
  
• Willingness to undergo continuous training.
  
  
• Recognition notice is an advantage.
  
  

Australia:

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  
  
• 6 months to 1 year of experience (willingness to learn is also considered).
  
  
• Eligible for AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) registration.
  
  
• Commitment to a minimum 12-month internship.
